Fixed Backup Restoring: Fixed an error that prevented user from restoring a hotkey from a backup

Bug Fix: Quick Enable/Denable Bar has been optimised to fix a small bug

Interface Changes: Small changes have been made to make Typhoeus Hotkeys easier to use

Fixed Validation: Fixed error that would happen when assigning the same key to different hotkeys

Fixed Crash: When a linked file was moved the program would crash; this problem is solved

Import & Export: You can now export out and import in Hotkeys via the settings menu
